Health/Dental/Vision

When employers contemplate the implementation of their company-sponsored employee benefit programs, they typically start with plans such as health, dental and vision. These desirable programs are essential components of a successful employee benefits platform. The challenge lies in understanding the various models and plan features offered by a multitude of carriers.

The introduction of Managed Care has taken a relatively simple industry and turned it into a puzzling environment. Models that were once called “Indemnity Plans” are now called Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO), Point of Service (POS) plans and Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO). SKCG Group Inc. works directly with insurance carriers to filter through available alternatives and focus on designing programs that are tailored to their clients’ needs.

SKCG helps clients understand the nuances associated with the design, implementation and administration of health, dental and vision plans, as well as simplify the research and design process.
